Wills and Probate

Having a will in place helps to safeguard the interests of your loved ones should something happen to you. As part of a comprehensive package of the legal services which matter most to working people, Thompsons provides a will writing service to trade union members, provided by BBH Legal.

We offer a user-friendly online system that will take you through, in plain English, a short wills questionnaire to capture the information needed for us to draft either a single will or (for married couples and same-sex partnerships) a joint will. If you run into any problems, a friendly advisor will take your call and talk you through the process.

If your union does not offer a wills service, we offer single wills from £240 inclusive of VAT and joint wills from £336 inclusive of VAT.
