Client Support Coordinators
Client support coordinators work with Thompsons’ serious injury solicitors to assist trade union members and their families during the early stages of their claim.
A client support coordinator will meet with the injured individual on a one-to-one basis, or with their family, as soon as possible after they are contacted by one of our serious injury experts. They take a holistic view of the individual’s circumstances and the impact the injury has had on their lives and that of their family.
As well as providing support and arranging healthcare interventions, our client support coordinators will also signpost clients to appropriate NHS resources and advise on the relevant benefits and how to apply for them.
The client support coordinators also work with our serious injury team to provide insight and information about the type of equipment, or other healthcare requirements, that may benefit the injured client in the future. This helps inform the case and ensure that the compensation secured meets the long-term financial needs of the client.
