The Government has today announced four separate consultations concerning aspects of the Employment Rights Bill.
Â
The first consultation is concerned with the measures introduced in the Employment Rights Bill to tackle one-sided flexibility in zero hours contracts and how they could be applied to agency workers.
Â
The second consultation concerns a focus on creating a modern framework for industrial relations and seeks to examine the way in which trade unions are currently regulated.
Â
The third consultation is seeking views on measures to strengthen the collective redundancy framework and protections for employees against fire and rehire practices.
The fourth consultation is on the percentage replacement rate for those earning below the current rate of Statutory Sick Pay.
