European work-life balance

A new law has been introduced with the aim of facilitating a more integrated working life, but which only applies to workers who work in continental Europe.

Perception of bias

Even though members of tribunals take a pledge to approach cases equitably, they should not sit on a panel if there is even a hint they might be prejudiced.

According to case law, the easiest way to end a contract usually involves doing so at the earliest possible moment even if it is not always the cheapest way.
