  • Secured a settlement of £700,000 for a client who suffered serious crush injuries to his feet and psychological trauma when he was run over by a fork lift truck at work. 
  • Won £325,000 for a client who suffered psychological trauma when she was confronted by a patient whilst working alone in her office at work, and was unable to continue her job.
