Gemma Jones works in the medical negligence team at Thompsons Solicitors’ Cardiff office, for clients from Wales and the South West.

Gemma is an Assistant Lawyer and, in her time at Thompsons, she has worked in the employment rights and th serious injury teams.

Having now specialised in clinical negligence claims, Gemma works within the Fast Track team and also deals with the NHS Redress cases that come to the firm. Years of experience means that Gemma is a great listener and faultlessly patient with clients who have often undergone complex treatment and experienced considerable pain and anguish because of clinical errors.

Gemma puts her longstanding loyalty to Thompsons down to the firm’s vision and values of only ever representing those injured through no fault of their own.

Away from work Gemma enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved with Headway Cardiff.
