Sanjana is an Employment Rights Lawyer in Thompsons’ London office. She is a valuable member of the London ER Team, committed to supporting workers and employees.
Sanjana’s work entails advising unions and their members on a range of employment law matters and providing representation at the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal in claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract.
Sanjana qualified as a lawyer in 2021 following completion of her training contract with Thompsons which she commenced in 2020. She thoroughly enjoyed undertaking employment law as one of her electives during her LPC and she was determined to specialise in this area. She takes pride in being part of a firm which fights for workers’ rights.
