Frankie is a solicitor in the firm’s specialist Trade Union Law Group (TULG).

Frankie deals with and assists on a range of disputes, both in the employment tribunal and the civil courts. This includes discrimination claims, breach of contract claims, and pension disputes.

Frankie has a background in political organising. She worked for the Labour Party during the 2017 General Election and was the Administration Manager for the Society of Labour Lawyers. She was drawn to Thompsons, where she completed her training contract, because of the firm’s proud history as leaders in employment rights.

Before undertaking her postgraduate legal studies, Frankie studied History and Politics at the University of Edinburgh and spent a year abroad in Finland.   

Away from the office, Frankie enjoys cold water and long distance swimming
